750 Tonne Test Bed Facility
Due to the remote and demanding locations in which winches are required to operate, it is of paramount importance that they are fit for use before a project commences. Due to the heavy loads applied to winches, all equipment requires full function testing to ensure the safety of those expected to operate or work in close proximity to the equipment. A common problem for many companies is how to safely and accurately simulate the working conditions of a winch so that it can be tested correctly.
The ACE Test Bed Facility provides the solution to this problem. Designed to withstand up to 750 metric tonnes of load, and be set up to simulate virtually any static or dynamic working arrangement, the test bed allows a winch to be fully tested prior to working operations.
The ACE Test Bed Facility is a fully controlled environment, complying with all relevant safety standards. The ACE Test Bed Facility has a number of winch units available for testing purposes, allowing dynamic as well as static loading to be applied to the winch being tested.
Experience
