We recognise our core business operations have social, economic and environmental impacts and are, therefore, committed to engaging with the local community and economy, bolstering the creation of wealth and employment, fostering social justice and protecting the environment.
Corporate Social Responsibility is firmly embedded in our roots and has been a major contribution to the growth and success of the company. Our Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy encompasses four key aspects: Health and Safety, Environment, Community Initiatives and Employee Wellbeing. Within these aspects, ACE Winches’ practices embrace the North Aberdeenshire economy and local services through the recruitment of local staff and the support of local businesses and community groups. The development of positive relationships with employees, local groups and promotion of good environmental practices bring many benefits to ensure the long term success and sustainability of our company.
Through our dedication and commitment to our employees, the local community and the environment, we aim to drive investment, innovation and improve efficiency, which can be achieved by reducing waste, attracting and retaining staff and adopting new practices and products. Further developing our involvement in local community initiatives, adopting sustainable methods of operating and fully embracing the skills, talent, creativity and motivation of our personnel are fundamental objectives within our Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy.
